New Brunswick Emergency Management Agency Deploys ESS Software
to Expand Crisis Response System
Agency selects ESS Crisis™ to support emergency responders throughout Canadian province
TEMPE, Ariz. - October 10, 2007 - ESS, the leading provider of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Crisis Management software for corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), announced today that the New Brunswick Emergency Measures Organization (NB EMO) has selected ESS Crisis™ to support emergency incident management efforts by NB EMO and local responder agencies.
NB EMO co-ordinates planning and preparedness for emergencies in compliance with its emergency response plan. The agency will use ESS Crisis to support coordination of provincial and local response operations during emergencies, and enable commanders to streamline administration disaster financial assistance programs. In addition, local agencies within the province will use ESS Crisis to support their own front-line responders during crisis incidents.
ESS Crisis is an integrated information management system that enables emergency response officials the tools to quickly mobilize response teams, manage incident scenes and assist with post-event recovery operations. The software also helps professionals streamline daily operations as well as conduct effective planning and field exercises before an event occurs.
